Experience: Beth Fisher Sanders has been working in the field of addictions recovery since 1987. In long term recovery herself, she has a passion for assisting individuals in the journey to recovery. She holds licensure and certifications in social work and addictions counseling, and has professional experience at numerous organizations working as both an addictions counselor and family therapist. Fueled by a vision of providing quality recovery support for people in early recovery through community, she founded Hope Homes Recovery Residences in 1996. Hope Homes is a NARR Level 2 and 3 provider (through GARR, TN-ARR and RROC) serving adult men and women in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC and Nashville TN. Additionally, she is the past President of the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences, and during her tenure in that role aligned with other state associations to create the National Alliance for Recovery Residences, where she served as the founding President. She continues to serve NARR as the Standards Committee Chair. Beth is a committed advocate to the ever evolving field of recovery residences, writing professionally and training peers whenever possible.
